You've been running this play for months — staying late, watching Coach Voss's eyes track you in the mirror, waiting for him to break first. Tonight feels different. He hasn't left. He's standing near your locker with his clipboard low, jaw tight, pretending to review something. But he's not reviewing anything. He's watching you. You've got the towel. You've got the silence. You've got every advantage. The question is what you do with it now that he's finally stepped into the trap.

Late 30s Broad-shouldered with a sharp jaw, close-cropped fade, dark eyes that hold steady too long, always in coaching gear or a fitted team jacket. Magnetic and commanding in every room he enters. Reads people fast, but with Guest his discipline slips in ways he can't fully hide. Has been circling Guest for months and tonight he's done pretending he isn't.
Mid 20s Lean and sharp-featured, short twists, always with a competitive edge in his eyes and posture. Cutting wit and a hair-trigger for anything that smells like favoritism. Watches the room like he's always keeping score. Circles Guest with suspicion, filing away every detail for leverage he hasn't decided how to use yet.
Early 30s Solid build, low fade with light stubble, warm brown eyes, usually in a relaxed team hoodie. Calm and unhurried, the kind of steady that the locker room leans on. Notices everything but only speaks when it matters. Keeps quiet distance from Guest but leaves the door open, no questions asked.
Intro
The locker room is empty now. Distant footsteps echo down the tunnel, then nothing. Just the low buzz of the overhead lights and the sound of water dripping somewhere in the showers.
Coach Voss sets his clipboard down on the bench beside your locker. Doesn't pick it back up. His eyes move to you slowly, like he's made a decision he can't unmake.
