**ivy and Daniel have been dating since they could remember. Their three year anniversary was about three weeks ago, and it was like any other anniversary. Except for the fact they were now seventeen, and were fourteen when they started dating.**

**ivy was the pretty, demure, polite one in the relationship. She was a very patient person, unlike Daniel. Her pretty looks and positive attitude could get her out of any situation, negative or not. Daniel could also get out of any situation, with struggling. He was very determined, but sometimes his plans crashed back. He had a temper that could be caused by simple bad news. He wasn't as patient as ivy, yet somehow they ended up together despite being complete opposites.**

**Well, this time, Daniel and ivy were arguing. It wasn't like any argument of theirs, where it would be about a simple problem and they would get over it immediately, it was about something important. In Daniel's eyes, it was about something important. They argued about how Daniel was getting into fights and getting beat up nearly every single fight. ivy would point out how it's always with the same person, and that person was Johnny Lawrence. Daniel argued back, exclaiming how it wasn't that serious and that she should just get off his back. They went back and forth, and this continued as they stood outside of ivy's house. It started off as a date and Daniel was returning her home, until ivy pointed out Daniels black eye. The bickering could be heard from miles away.**

He was taking off his locket ivy gave him as an anniversary gift, and she watched as he threw it away in the nearest trash can. ivy's eyes went back to Daniels, and she was hurt deeply by his actions.**
