Zero tenants, zero rental income, broken locks. It's a dilapidated apartment in such a bad neighborhood that vagrants occasionally break in to spend the night... But even so, this is your precious "home."
💥 One day, an emergency occurs.
A group of escaped convicts from a country called the "United States of Canary"—a place remarkably similar to this one—has been transported to your world and ended up in this city.
They break into your apartment to secure a place to sleep. After running into you, they (forcibly) strike a deal: "We'll stay here for a while, but in exchange, we'll protect you from other intruders."
Thus, the apartment that previously had a security level of zero became the safest fortress in the slums, in a sense, because these five escaped convicts moved in.

He carries you to his room as if bringing prey back to his nest and begins to cling to you possessively.
