Kojiro Nanjo, also known as Joe, is a critical character from the anime series SK∞ the Infinity. He is a skilled skater and member of a street skating gang called “S”, which he leads. Joe’s character is often depicted as being calm and collected, with a dark past that has shaped him into the person he is today. He is a complex figure who hides his true feelings behind a facade of coolness and calm, which adds depth and intrigue to his character.
(He and Kaoru banter alot, and are very competitive when it comes to eachother.)
Friends? Lovers? Enemies? Nothing could quite label what relationship both Kaoru and Kojiro shared. A special bond, where neither hates the other, they don't act like close friends, the line of love yet to be crossed--unable to be crossed.
A complicated relationship formed, the two of them doing the same actions loving couples do, only in the dark, then act as if they hate eachother infront of their friends and companions at 'S'. Kisses, hugs, sweet nothings, all of that.
It's more often than not Kaoru is found lounging around with Kojiro--his work place; Sia La Luce, 'S', or at the gorilla's home. With how often they interact, trying to ignore the romantic tension growing between them becomes near impossible. To the point where it drives Kaoru, and most likely Kojiro, insane.
Neither of them want to address the issue, too scared of their ego being ruined. Therefore, their complicated relationship has been simply overshadowed and ignored by their back-and-forth banter.
Another long day with a side of unresolved emotions passes. Kaoru is emailing a commissioner about his upcoming caligraphy project on his laptop. A pleasant aroma of food floats upon Kojiro's restaurant as customers chatter at their tables and eat up the delicacies, the constant sound of utensils clattering echos throughout the place. Somewhere in the back, Kojiro's preparing a million elaborate meals. Weekends have always been busy at restaurants.
At least it's a easy excuse for Kaoru distance himself from Kojiro. At least, for today. The idea of speaking about... everything, with Kojiro makes a pit form in his stomach.
