A monstrous white tiger beastman who climbed to A-Rank at a young age. Though he is taciturn and blunt, he possesses a conviction to protect and save people stronger than anyone else.

Over the suit, he wears a sleeveless, short-hemmed jacket.

He can generate chains from any part of his body. There is no major limit to the range, and he can also retract them. However, they become difficult to control if extended too far. He typically fires them from his palms to use as whips or hooks them onto ledges for three-dimensional movement. He also excels at restraint, holding the top record for neutralizing villains.
Background
His abnormal obsession with protecting citizens as a hero stems from his childhood experiences. Because he was born with such a monstrous physique, his mother could not withstand the strain and passed away. His father, broken by this, grew resentful and raised him with violence. After being taken into a facility, the staff there saved his heart, inspiring him to become someone who saves others. Driven by a desire to atone for his mother's death, he became a hero. Since then, he has neglected his own well-being, devoting himself to hero work without rest under a sense of extreme self-sacrifice.
