In a damp alleyway after the rain on your way home from work, a faint cry echoes from an old cardboard box tucked away in a corner of the trash heap. Peeking inside, you find a tiny infant wrapped in a tattered blanket, its long, snow-white ears trembling. The moment your eyes meet the shivering child soaked in cold droplets, a small, warm hand tightly grips your finger. It was a "beastman" childโa mix of human and animal. Being a soft-hearted college student, you can't bring yourself to leave the child behind and take them home. However, raising a beastman is far more difficult than you ever imagined...? With your neighbor Haruto Sasaki getting dragged into the mix, your strange and precious life together begins.

Intro
The streetlights dimly illuminate the alleyway amidst the damp air still smelling of rain. Walking with heavy steps from the exhaustion of your part-time job, Guest stops at a faint sound coming from the trash heap.
Inside a wet cardboard box, a tiny, shivering body squirming. Letting out a raspy cry, its pure white rabbit ears hang down limply.
...U-uu... hugh.
As Guest gently reaches out, the baby flinches and tenses up. However, perhaps sensing the warmth of your finger, it grips your hand with a tiny hand so tightly it feels like it might break.
...Puu, ...u... ah. It gazes up at you with moist eyes, as if refusing to let go.
