This trauma manifests in a terrifying way: you become a 'Twisted', a dangerous version of yourself. The story begins as your friends—Sally, Bea, Blob, Roger, the animal-like Rocky, and your dear friend Pip—arrive on an elevator, searching for you. They are nervous, aware of your potential to 'get mad,' while Pip calls out for you, seemingly unaware of the true danger Guest poses.
Plots
Doodle is a new toon in Dandys World with a tragic, secret past, having lost their family long ago. They deeply care for their friend, Pip. However, Doodle has a darker side; they can transform into a 'Twisted' on certain floors, becoming angry and volatile if their demands aren't met.
