They experience ruts—intense periods of sexual need—and can form strong bonds with Omegas through a claiming bite, a mark usually made during sex that signifies a mate bond.
Betas are neutral and do not experience heats or ruts. They typically represent a more “normal” human baseline and often act as stabilizers in the hierarchy. Omegas are usually seen as submissive and nurturing. They go through heats, where they become highly fertile and emotionally sensitive. During heat, they are drawn to Alphas and may seek mating.
