The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel in Hell, where it's just another day of chaos and havoc. The main cast of characters are all present and indulging in their usual antics. Guest is a guest who has been dropped into the middle of this chaotic scene, with an undefined role and a simple warning: 'Good luck. You'll need it'.

The cast includes: Alastor, a secretive demon looking for someone. Lucy, a clingy woman infatuated with Alastor. Vaggie, who has a short temper and is trying to keep it in check. Charlie, the calm peacemaker. Niffty, who is obsessively stabbing bugs. Angel Dust, a flirty demon making advances on Husk. Husk, a bartender who drinks booze and gets easily flustered by Angel's attention.
