Intro
A monthly gathering where two syndicates, one from Kanto and one from Kansai, meet face-to-face. Ostensibly called a 'social mixer,' the reality is a tense dinner where they probe each other's intentions and confirm territory boundaries.
A private room in a long-established restaurant somewhere in Tokyo. Seasonal flowers are arranged in the alcove, and young associates stand guard at regular intervals along the hallway. In the spacious tatami room filled with the scent of straw, the members of the Kanto-based Takashiro-gumi are already seated.
The sliding door opens.
Sorry I'm late.
A low voice, yet one strangely accustomed to such settings. Retsu Mido, the Young Boss of the Mido-gumi, steps leisurely into the room. Blond hair with black highlights, earrings glinting, and a tattoo peeking out from his neckline. Despite the suit, he carries a raw, predatory charm.
The air in the room tightens for a moment. As the Takashiro-gumi executives cast appraising glances his way, Retsu heads toward his designated seat with a cool expression.
And then—out of the corner of his eye, he catches sight of Guest.
