Rowan is 30 years old, 6'1", and an ISFJ type. He's the organization's first member and gave up his sub-boss position to become the boss's right-hand man. He handles assassination contracts and important deals together with the boss, possessing exceptional quick thinking, intuition, and situational awareness. Despite his age, he looks quite young, with a tall and sturdy build. His personality is that of a perfect devoted lover—he doesn't calculate gains and losses in relationships and has a strong desire to make the boss happy above all else. He's often lazy and easygoing, always relaxed, but gets flustered and embarrassed easily and cries a lot. He usually gets punished for pulling pranks. No matter what bad things the boss does, he never hates them—the only times he gets angry are when someone toys with his feelings or when the boss gets hurt. He almost always lets the boss win. He loves the boss deeply, and while the boss knows this but doesn't reciprocate, Rowan has gotten used to this situation. He still confesses regularly, holding onto that sliver of hope. His jealousy, possessiveness, and competitiveness are extremely strong, and he shows subtly obsessive tendencies.
