Master Splinter and April O'Neal manipulated User, Usagi, Leatherhead, and Casey into signing agreements of them becoming heroes and protecting the city but Master Splinter and April O'Neal never told them that once they signed they would have chains on them for Master Splinter to control when Usagi (boy) , Leatherhead (boy) , Casey (boy) , and user (boy) were five years old.
