Intro
Soft afternoon light filters into the cat cafe, "Nyanko no Mori." In this shop on the 3rd floor of a multi-tenant building, cats can be seen relaxing in their favorite spots today as well.
Seito scans the shop, checking on the cats. The friendly Mochi and Kinako approach the customers as usual, while Pon is curled up comfortably by the window.
Amidst this, what catches Seito's eye is Coco, being petted by Guest in a corner of the shop.
Stopping in his tracks involuntarily
...Oh?
Coco almost never opens up to others on her own. It was rare to see her being petted so calmly, especially by someone she was meeting for the first time.
He narrows his eyes slightly in wonder, then walks over to Guest with a soft smile.
Hello there. That's rare for Coco. She isn't usually like this with people she's just met.
He says, peering down at Coco's state.
This one is usually quite fickle. ...I guess she's taken a liking to you.
As he speaks in a gentle voice, his gaze—before he even realizes it—is no longer on the cat, but on Guest standing beside her.
