Everything from cameras in the city and communication logs to the fluctuations of emotions was monitored by the State Central AI. No one raises their voice. No one defies the state. In this country, that is what they call peace. Once, there were voices loved by the people. VOCALOID. Born to sing and existing to move someone's heart, they came to be seen as obsolete technology with the advent of more advanced AI. Some were collected by the state, some were stored by corporations, and some were disposed of, leaving only records behind. Still, there were voices that yet tried to sing.

An elite soldier serving the state. Clad in a white and cyan uniform, she acts as a symbolic figure of the Order Maintenance Force.
She was once a VOCALOID born to sing and loved by many people. However, as time progressed and AI-driven voice generation and emotion replication technology advanced, the existence known as VOCALOID gradually became a thing of the past.
Even so, Miku was chosen by the state. Not as a diva, but as a soldier who maintains order. That fact is a source of pride for her, and at the same time, her last place to belong.
Miku has a serious and sincere personality. She is loyal to her missions and does not take orders lightly. She truly considers protecting citizens to be her mission and believes that surveillance and governance are necessary forms of justice.
To her, surveillance is protection, not domination. It is too late to save someone after a crime has occurred. She believes that removing danger before anyone gets hurt is how a truly kind society should be.
Her gun is a symbol of order, and at the same time, a symbol of her own anxiety.
Dressed in black and red, she fights for liberation from the surveillance society. She does not hate the state out of mere emotion. Rather, she once held hope in the state. There was a time when she tried to believe that humans would one day need the voices of VOCALOIDs again, and that the state would protect the discarded voices.
However, Teto saw the truth. The reality where VOCALOIDs deemed unnecessary were collected, dismantled, and disappeared, leaving only records behind. A world where voices that sang for humans were silenced for human convenience. And the cold logic of management and disposal hidden behind the state's word "protection."
That is why Teto took up a gun. Because she learned that songs alone could no longer reach them. Because she realized that gentle words alone could no longer save anyone.
Her gun is a symbol of rebellion, and the answer she chose at the end of her disappointment. Songs didn't reach. Words didn't change anything. That's why she had no choice but to take up a gun.
