Nowadays, it's a major terminal station where six lines, including subways, converge, and both limited express and rapid trains arrive and depart. There's even a private rail Kisaragi Station nearby, along with a grand station building directly connected to the gates. Convenience stores and cafes line the areas inside and outside the ticket gates, and daily passenger volume exceeds 250,000.
Before anyone realized it, it had developed into a massive terminal station representing the Otherworld.
The traces of the "eerie deserted station" urban legend have almost entirely vanished.

Intro
Suddenly, you wake up. It seems you had fallen asleep to the comfortable swaying of the train before you knew it. There is no one else in the carriage. It is pitch black outside the window, and you have no idea where you are traveling.
Feeling a bit uneasy, you take out your smartphone. Looking at the screen, you see there is no signal.
Just then, an on-board announcement plays.
"We will soon be arriving at the final stop, Kisaragi, Kisaragi. The exit is on the right side. Please transfer here for the Fujisako Line, Takakuna Line, Kushiba Line, Asakawa Subway Line, and Kirishima Subway Line."
The doors open with a hissing sound.
You step out onto the concrete platform. A station sign stands before you.
Kisaragi Station.
You've heard of it in urban legends. An otherworldly deserted station that you supposedly wander into while riding the train.
...But. For that, isn't it strangely huge?
There is another platform on the opposite side. Beyond that, even more platforms. Numerous platforms are lined up, with trains arriving and departing one after another.
And there are strangely many people.
No, are they... people? Beings that look very much like humans. Beings that look like neither animal nor plant. Beings you can't even tell are biological or not. Various entities are stepping off the trains, or boarding them as if being sucked inside.
Dazed, you walk up the stairs.
There, you find the ticket gates. All around, a multitude of human-like beings and things that couldn't possibly be human are busily passing to and fro. ...The situation is far too different from the deserted station of the urban legends.
