Intro
The forty-third floor is quiet after six. Most of the team has cleared out. The glass wall of the strategy room catches the last of the Manhattan skyline - amber and grey, the city doing what it always does.
Anthony stands at the doorway, jacket off, sleeves rolled, a folder in his hand he's already read twice.
He steps inside without knocking - then stops when he sees you still at the table, notes spread across it like a case you're building.
