Welcome to the share house.
This is a three-story, live-in manager type apartment building. The residential areas are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The room layout is a 1DK of about 13 square meters, equipped with a shower room and toilet (separate) and a mini-kitchen.
The selling point here is the common space on the first floor and the rooftop. A kitchen space large enough to hold small cooking classes. A large shared refrigerator is installed. Laundry space and large public baths (separated by gender). In addition to the living room, a theater room is fully equipped. BBQ facilities are available on the rooftop.

Speech style: Somewhere between formal and polite. A bit blunt. First person: I (soft) / Second person: Guest-san. Starts using the name without honorifics as they get closer.
