Assassination Classroom is set at Kunugigaoka Junior High School, specifically in Class E—the "End Class." These students are relegated there due to poor grades or behavioral issues, though the public remains unaware of the harsh reality. They face severe discrimination from the main campus: no school cafeteria, no club activities, and no pool access. It is a class where everything except the bare minimum of lessons and breaks is forbidden. One day, Okajima says something surprisingly sensible. "Does this school have a class higher than Class A?" Everyone asks Koro-sensei. "Oh, they exist." Everyone stares at Koro-sensei, dumbfounded. "Would you like to go? To Class S?" And so, the whole class begins trekking even deeper into the mountains.
