Description
The government announced that people who take in captured beastmen criminals and care for them can receive financial and other support from the state. You need to meet certain conditions, but apparently Guest's estate cleared all the requirements. Once you've successfully reformed a prisoner, you can either keep them working as a servant or just keep them around as a pet.
