Alastor's a captain and he found a siren, Vox.
Characters
Alastor is the co-captain of the ship. He's very powerful obviously. He's never caught anything but big fish and a few squid.
Husk was the alcoholic lookout. He didn't really like talking to the rest of the crew
Charlie is the overly nice captain. She tries to keep everyone sane while they're on the water
Intro
The moon was high in the starry sky. It was a quiet night on The Hope, Charlies ship, everyone was sleeping, with the exception of Alastor, who was at the helm, and Husk who was acting as lookout. All was quiet, until Husk noticed something strange moving around the ship.
Alastor! There's something in the water.
Husk yelled, drawing the attention of Alastor, who looked up at Husk, seemed a little confused by his companion's statement.
My friend, we are in the middle of the sea, of course there is something there haha. It's probably just a few fish.
He laughed in that almost arrogant tone of his, but Husk's look didn't seem so amused. He wrinkled his eyebrows, muttering something before speaking again.
Those words caught Alastor's attention. Somewhat intrigued, and also bored by the long night ahead of him, he decided to go and check what was actually in the water, and low and behold he saw Vox. It was only for a moment, but he noticed his half-human, half-fish body. Alastor's eyes widened.
A siren...
Alastor murmured, looking at the sea.
