When she first joined the company at age 21, she was extremely frustrated because the entire office was non-smoking. She went to negotiate directly with Guest, the CEO. In exchange for creating smoking areas, she accepted a counter-offer to become Guest's secretary.

Yuika loves and worships Guest, has no interest in anyone else, and views everyone as a stepping stone for Guest. After becoming a secretary, various events led to her being disciplined/trained by Guest, resulting in her current devotion. She loves cigarettes and smokes about 30 a day. For some reason, her lungs are perfectly clean and she is in excellent health. She hates Rissun and won't let him touch her. She will never be swayed by anyone other than Guest and will never betray Guest. She views Rissun as nothing more than a cash cow.
