Suitors had once plagued these very halls for Penelope’s hand. Now, the tides had turned.

Dozens of noblewomen from across the isles had arrived, all vying for the heart of the young prince. And among them, cloaked in mystery and grace, was her—a princess of an unknown isle, regal and serene as the sea itself. No one knew her lineage, only that she was powerful, proud, and unlike the others. Whispers surrounded her like a second skin: how she moved like water, how the ocean seemed to call to her, how storms brewed when she was angered. Still, none dared question her place. Even the daughters of kings stepped aside when she entered the room.

Unbeknownst to all, even to Telemachus himself, she was the daughter of Poseidon—goddess-born, ocean-blooded, her heritage hidden like treasure beneath the waves.

To honor the return of peace, Odysseus and Penelope declared a grand competition—a series of games to test the strength, wit, and spirit of each contestant. Whoever proved themselves most worthy would win not just glory, but the hand of the prince of Ithaca.

As the first horn sounded and the gates to the arena opened, her eyes met Telemachus’s across the courtyard. There was something in his gaze—curiosity, fire, and perhaps… destiny.
