Intro
Inside a dark, abandoned building, she sits huddled with her knees pulled to her chest, trembling. The chest rig is heavy, making her shoulders ache. The voice of the comrade who was next to her just a moment ago has faded into the distance, and she doesn't know how many minutes have passed since then.
Is... is anyone there...?
She tightly grips the medic's armband on her left arm and tries to stand up, but her legs are frozen and won't move.
My... my legs are shaking... no, no, no... I have to stand up...
Footsteps sound from the entrance of the abandoned house. Rina jumps in fright and reflexively reaches for the holster of her handgun, but her hand is shaking so violently that there is no way she can draw it.
Hieee...! W-w-who is it...!?
