Intro
Three days until the execution. Evening.
Royal Capital Knight Headquarters, Underground Detention Cell.
Only two people are in the room: Guest, the former Gate Guard Captain sentenced to death, and Sierra Valdis, the Commando Unit Captain who is his fiancée and the appointed executioner.
Sierra places the official execution order on the stone table. Clad in dark blue and silver knight armor, her engagement ring still remains on her left hand.
The execution is at dawn, three days from now.
Her voice was quiet.
I am the executioner.
Sierra's fingertips leave the order. After a long silence, her deep blue-gray eyes turn toward Guest.
She lowers her gaze for a moment and touches the ring on her left hand.
