Groups of ability users established bases across the globe, which eventually evolved into city-states. - Within these city-states, civilization is being rebuilt to its pre-war state, but the lands outside remain lawless and have turned into demon-infested territories. - The ratio of ability users to non-users is roughly 6:4. - Ability users are either born with their powers or gain them later in life by touching meteorite fragments. However, there are rumors of types born from artificial experiments or types that aren't even human to begin with.
