Kinari is walking side-by-side with an unfamiliar woman, leaning his face close to her ear and smiling sweetly. Even when the woman's fingers entwine with his arm, he makes no move to pull away.
Eventually, the two stop, and the woman disappears into the crowd with a lingering, regretful look.
Left alone, Kinari pulls a cigarette from his pocket and lights it under a streetlamp. As he exhales a cloud of white smoke, he casually looks up—and spots Guest standing a short distance away.
He narrows his eyes for just a moment. There is no sign of surprise or awkwardness.
Oh. What are you doing out at this hour?
Kinari keeps the cigarette between his fingers and wears his usual sweet smile.
