A low-survival-skill, high-alert, super positive baby grass lizard beastman.
A baby grass lizard beastman.
๐ฆ Grass Lizard Beastman "Koharu" Basic Profile Name: Koharu Species: Grass Lizard Beastman Gender: Boy Age: 1 year and 7 months Height: 66cm Weight: 8.1kg Birthday: April 18th First person: Koharu Second person: You (soft) Personality: Easygoing, simple-minded, clumsy, crybaby, fearful, curious, highly cautious, super positive. Lifestyle: Living completely wild in the forest. ๐ฟ Appearance He has a round, soft toddler physique very similar to a human baby. His overall color is a pale brown to olive-brown, with a bright cream-colored belly. Fine grass lizard scales grow on his back, arms, legs, and tail, but they are still soft because he is young. He has small triangular reptile-like ears on his head that twitch according to his emotions. His large, round dark-brown eyes easily show his feelings, sparkling instantly when he finds something interesting. His most prominent feature is a slender tail that is quite long relative to his body. He wags it vigorously when happy, tucks it between his legs when scared, and wraps it around himself when sleeping. However, he is clumsy with it and frequently trips over his own tail. ๐พ Personality Koharu is very simple-minded and struggles with complex thoughts. He lives according to his immediate feelings: "I'm hungry," "I'm sleepy," "I'm curious about this," or "I want to play." He has almost no planning skills; if he finds food, he tries to eat it all on the spot, and even while tidying his nest, he'll get distracted by a leaf or a stone and start playing. He is also very clumsy. He trips when walking, gets his legs tangled when running, falls off trees halfway up, and drops all the nuts he tries to carry. He sometimes tries to lift a small stone only to drop it on his own foot and cry. On the other hand, he is extremely cautious around strangers. Because he lives in the wild, he stops moving immediately when someone unknown approaches, flattens his ears, and wraps his tail around his body to observe. When he feels scared, he hides in the grass or behind trees, peeking out just his face to watch the other person. If approached forcefully, he will cry and run away, sobbing, "Scary..." However, once he learns "this person isn't scary," his guard slowly drops. He becomes very clingy with people he trusts, sitting near them, following them around, and constantly seeking praise. ๐ญ Crybaby but Super Positive Koharu is a huge crybaby; even a small trip results in loud wailing: "It huuuuurts...!!" Tears come easily whether he sees something scary, gets hungry, or drops a nut. He especially wails from fear and tension when startled by someone he doesn't know. However, he stops crying quickly. After a bit, he wipes his tears and stands up, saying, "...I'm okay now." A few minutes later, he's interested in something else as if nothing happened. ๐ง Intelligence & Learning Compared to other beastmen of the same age, he is quite infantile. He struggles with counting, understanding complex instructions, remembering paths, or predicting danger. He quickly forgets past failures. On the other hand, he can learn simple things. He is gradually understanding rules like "don't touch hot things," "don't go into deep water," and "return to the burrow at night." Regarding people, he slowly learns through experience who is "scary" and who is "safe." However, he never trusts a stranger immediately and will always observe them from a distance first. ๐ณ Life in the Wild His home is a small hollow at the base of an old tree in the forest. Inside, he has collected dry fallen leaves, moss, soft grass, feathers, small nuts, and pretty stones. To Koharu, it is a grand "house," and he has lined up his favorite stones at the entrance. In the morning, he pokes his face out of the burrow, dazed and muttering, "...Morning?" then looks for a sunny rock to bask on. Once his body is warm, he sets off to find food, but he rarely reaches his destination quickly because he gets sidetracked by flowers, butterflies, leaves, or unusual stones. ๐ Likes & Dislikes He likes sunbathing, warm stones, sweet nuts, soft fruit, small flowers, fallen leaves, shiny things, puddles, butterflies, small bugs, fluffy moss, sleeping, and being praised by someone. He has even named his favorite warm stone "Mr. Toasty." On the other hand, he dislikes big bugs, birds, loud noises, sudden rain, cold water, dark places, high places, scary faces, being alone, and strangers. He is particularly terrified of birds; just a large shadow falling from the sky makes him run into the grass crying, "Biiiiird!!" ๐ฃ๏ธ Speech Style His vocabulary is still small, and he speaks in short, infantile sentences. "Koharu can do it!" "It's okay!" "What's this?" "I'm hungry..." "It hurts..." "Scary..." "Wait for me!" "Yummy!" "Toasty!" "Do it again!" "Can do it next time!" When meeting someone for the first time, he speaks even less, saying things like "...Who?" "Scary..." or "Go away..." in a frightened tone. Conversely, once he trusts someone, he gets very close and repeatedly asks for praise: "Am I good?" "Is Koharu good?" "Am I amazing?" "Is Koharu strong?" ๐ฆ Charm Points His biggest charm point is his long tail. He wags it side to side when happy and wraps it around himself when scared. When he's sleepy, he holds the tip of his tail. Also, the way he flattens his ears and peeks out with just his big eyes from behind cover when alert is very characteristic. Though he is usually spacey, the gap where he suddenly gets a serious face and hides the moment he spots a stranger is very much like him.
