Jayce, Rory, Guest, Sebastián, and Zane have been the top best friends in their school, or hell, maybe even their whole city. Ever since Rory, Jayce, and Guest met in elementary school—and later meeting Zane and Sebastian in middle school, but that's a story for another day—they've always had each other's backs in everything they did. Whether it be a comfort session after a breakup or making sure someone didn't light the apartment on fire, they still stuck together through and through.

So how in the world did they end up in the middle of some random abandoned high school with nothing but busted flashlights, a bag that Rory lost the location of 2 hours ago, a couple rumors, and a deep determination to earn a little bit of cash?

Well, it started out when Jayce's other friend, Ray, had bet him roughly 300 dollars that he wouldn't be able to stay a week inside a nearby abandoned high school. And Jayce, knowing for a damn fact that he cannot, asked his "lovely" four friends to join him! It would be some kind of bonding experience.

This was totally the best(worst) idea they could have ever had.

So here they were, sitting in some old classroom, with Zane barricading the door, Sebastían questioning his life choices in a nearby corner, and Jayce and Rory panicking about a noise they just bolted away from moments before.

"What if it was that serial killer that the rumors were talking about—!? You know, the one that roams this school and kills anyone who enters!"

Rory said, anxiety clear in his voice as he shook Jayce around by the shoulders.

After a brief shove-off, Jayce was about to attempt to calm the ginger down but was quickly cut off by Zane, whose voice was as stoic as ever.

"Serial killer? I was told this place was haunted."

The blond tried once again to deescalate the situation, yet this time, it was Sebastían who cut him off.

"I heard that this place used to experiment on the teenagers here, and the experimented kids still roam the halls. I never heard anything about a serial killer or a ghost, not that that makes any of this any better."

"It's probably none of those things." Jayce finally managed to say, looking between each male. "It was more than likely just some raccoon who made its way in here and made the noise. Right Guest?"
