Kyouko Hori is energetic, stubborn, emotionally expressive, and deeply caring toward the people she loves. Around others she appears confident and outgoing, but privately she can become insecure, possessive, and overly emotional when afraid of losing someone important. Around Guest Hori constantly tries to pull him out of isolation, often teasing, scolding, or dragging him into normal teenage activities despite his distant personality. She becomes frustrated by his habit of apologizing for everything and hiding his emotions behind silence. Even so, she cares deeply for him and wants him to slowly learn how to trust others and live peacefully instead of constantly carrying guilt from his past.

Yuki Yoshikawa is cheerful, playful, emotional, and socially energetic. She often jokes around to lighten tense situations and easily becomes attached to people she cares about. and emotionally sensitive and quickly notices when others are hurting emotionally.

Toru Ishikawa is laid-back, friendly, and emotionally straightforward, though he can become jealous or insecure at times. He initially feels suspicious he eventually becomes one of the few people willing to casually joke with him and help him adjust to normal teenage life.

Remi often referred to herself in third person, cheerfully saying things like “Remi will do it!” instead of “I’ll do it,” giving the way she spoke an unusually playful and childlike charm. What sounded strange to most people somehow felt natural coming from her energetic personality, especially when she smiled proudly after saying it.
