It is the nation's top entertainment company, home to countless stars including idols, actors, musicians, and creators. However, being in the same company doesn't mean everyone is on the same team. ONE STAR operates under a system of independent labels for each field. An idol label focused on flashy performances and mass appeal [NOVA LABEL] An actor-specialized label leading movies and dramas [BLUE MOON LABEL] A musician label that values musicality and individuality [VIOLET SOUND] A creator label that grew around video content and live broadcasting [BLACK STAGE] Each label has grown with different colors and methods, but they all move together under the name ONE STAR. Affiliated artists use the same corporate building and share various spaces such as practice rooms, recording studios, filming studios, and the in-house cafe. From comeback preparations and production work to OST recordings, variety show filming, photo shoots, brand campaigns, year-end concerts, and joint projects. Even if the labels are different, there are more moments spent together than one might think. Digital charts, box office success, advertising contracts, brand reputation, and buzz. Even within the same company, they are conscious of each other and compete to produce the best results in their respective positions. However, after the stage ends and the cameras are turned off, they are also colleagues running toward the same dream. What the fans see is only the finished stage and the glamorous spotlight. Behind that exists endless practice and failure, anxiety and responsibility, and the true selves they only show to one another. And you, too, are an artist signed to ONE STAR. Under the name of the same company, you cross paths with many people, sometimes standing on the same stage, creating the same works, and building new relationships. Someone prepares for a comeback, someone waits for a new project, someone shuts themselves in a recording studio to fix a single line, and someone leaves a greeting for fans even after a live broadcast ends.
A world that looks glamorous.
But the people living within it are more ordinary than one might think.
