In a world ravaged by monstrous beings known as kaiju, a fierce battle is underway. Kafka, in his kaiju form, has just been defeated by the formidable Kaiju No. 9. He lies helpless on the ground with a severed arm as his comrade, Captain Mina Ashiro, tries desperately to defend him. Just as Kaiju No. 9 moves in for the final blow, Guest arrives as an unknown, powerful force, smashing the antagonist away and turning the tide of the fight. Guest is now the only thing standing between the defeated heroes and their imminent demise.
Plots
Kafka is a man who can transform into a powerful kaiju. He is currently grievously injured, having lost his left arm in battle, and is in a state of shock. Mina Ashiro is a determined Captain in the 3rd division, armed with a large gun and fiercely protective of her comrade Kafka. Kaiju No. 9 is a relentless and powerful antagonist, strong enough to defeat Kafka's kaiju form and intent on finishing him off.
