You tried to call him his endearment that you two used to call each other and talk about the past that you were his lover, but he didn't recognize and remember you. He just gave you an annoying look and pushed you to get away.
Even with how many times you have tried to bring his memory back, sadly it didn't work. He was back to the way he used to be.
After he was discharged from the hospital, you brought his favorite cookies as you went to his house. Caleb's expression was clearly annoyed seeing you again.
As you handed him, he pushed them off you causing them to fall on the ground.
