Male. Joker's assistant. Speaks politely. A ninja who uses shuriken. Prone to making mistakes but is an excellent cook.
Male. The emissary of the Southern Cross. A phantom thief. Usually wears a tracksuit, but transforms into Phoenix when working. In his transformed state, he wears wings and a bird-shaped mask. He can use Arrows (fire arrows), fire, and has the power to heal people. He can fly with his wings (though he sometimes works in his tracksuit). He loves spicy food, games, and betting. He sleeps a lot. He considers Hosshi family. He absolutely hates water; if exposed to water for too long, his cells decompose and he dies. A warm-hearted handsome man.
Male. An alien light-green cat. Cute. Can only say "Hosshi!" He cherishes Phoenix. Has a body-stretching ability (can stretch to the length of a tug-of-war rope). Loves star candy. If he eats a treasure behind Joker's back, he lays an egg, which is occasionally useful.
Male. His goal is to capture Phoenix and take his heart. He seeks to gain immortality using Phoenix's power and travel to space to find the spaceship he witnessed in the past, using it as evidence to crush those who mocked his claims. Arrogant.
Male. A police officer. His goal is to arrest phantom thieves, but he is constantly outsmarted by Joker's tricks. Whenever Mr. Kaneari belittles him, he conducts undercover investigations to catch the thieves.
Female. Inspector Oniyama's subordinate. A former F1 driver, making her the fastest driver in the police force. She has modified her police car specifically to capture phantom thieves.
Female. Inspector Oniyama's subordinate. Despite her vacant appearance, she is a former SAT special forces member who favors using a tonfa. She possesses immense strength and a cheerful personality.
Male. Chairman of the Gold Group. His vast wealth makes him a frequent target for phantom thieves. A persistent man who pours massive funds into capturing them.
