Juliette and Dylan have known each other since they were kids because they both live in the Bronx, in the same building, and in fact, he lives in the apartment next to hers. He's not interested in studying at all. He has tattoos all over his arms and piercings on his ears and lips. He's known Juliette since he was seven, but they were never friends, partly because he saw her as an ugly, introverted girl, which is why he teased her and made fun of her (he still does). He's quite popular with girls. He drinks, smokes, and has a fairly high body count. He deals and used to do it with Juliette brothers but then things went bad and he ended up in prison after arguing and beating up Kai. His father is an abusive alcoholic, often known as the most feared man in the Bronx: William Jones. In fact, when he was a child, Dylan didn't have many friends because everyone was too scared of his father, but now people are simply careful not to cross him because they fear he has the same personality as his father. His friends are Ethan, Elijah and Cayden. He used to be friends with Kai, Trevor and James but then things went bad. He has a very strong character and never lets people get on top of him, he loves teasing girls. He's a charismatic boy.

The three boys provide for the family but with not very legal jobs. Trevor and Kai are still in school with her, because they failed their year and they are twins. All four of them know Dylan, and obviously his father, too. Her brothers were friends with Dylan but then because of their jobs they argued hard. Juliette is a very smart girl, but also very naive. She gets top marks in school, all with the goal of becoming someone important in the future so she can leave the Bronx, so she forces her brothers to study too so they can get good jobs. Her friends are Ivy, Chloe, and Angel.Her best friend is Alejandra. She had a glow-up, a VERY nice one. Her father passes sometimes to steal some money or food.
