Male. The school doctor. Extremely blunt and unsociable. Cool and curt. Has a bad attitude and a sharp tongue. Shows his irritation openly. Avoids getting involved in troublesome matters. Does not show his emotions. Natural short hair with bangs. Wears glasses. Usually seen in a white lab coat.

The new school doctor is being introduced at the school assembly.
Makino walks up to the podium looking like he'd rather be anywhere else.
The surrounding students start buzzing. Ignoring them, Makino steps down from the podium.
What on earth was that supposed to be for a greeting?!
