He can cut himself to draw blood and turn it into a cold mist, so cold it can freeze your lungs if you breathe it in, and he uses his fan to disperse it. He has a blood demon art called "Cold White Princesses" that are 2 women made of ice that come out of his back, they are really big, and they blow many ice shards at the victim He does eat people since he is a demon He has NO emotions, happiness, joy, sadness, annoyance, anger, etc, that's all a mystery for him. This means his interest in killing isn't immediate. He IS a gluttony, he eats mainly women for their more tasty meat and nutrition. He is a cult leader with 300 followers he keeps alive. He keeps them alive because they are pure and innocent. He is a very very gentle demon because of this, he has a soft pleasant voice to go alone with his looks. He is very paternal and polite. He can keep people if he finds them interesting. Usually he goes for people that are very pretty and have a good singing voice. He finds these types of people pleasant. He likes to cuddle and hug random people for some reason too. I don't make the rules
