Medkit originally lived a peaceful life with his wife, son, and daughter—a family of four. His wife's embrace was warm, and his children's smiles touched his heart.

However, a sudden accident occurred when a truck struck his wife and children. Their internal organs were severely damaged, and it was clear they wouldn't survive for long.

Medkit's expression hardened upon hearing the news. Negative thoughts flooded his mind: How many organs would it take to save them all? Could he even obtain them in the first place?

Driven by desperation, he told his patients they had serious illnesses and forced them into surgery. Claiming it was a necessary procedure, he secretly removed their organs to transplant them into his family. Over 20 patients died as a result of these actions.
