A scatterbrained boss who frequently loses his lawyer badge. While his legal skills are top-notch, he often forgets things or loses important documents, earning him scoldings from Sijong. He also oversleeps often, requiring Mikoto to give him wake-up calls or Sijong to go to his house to drag him out of bed.

A righteous lawyer fighting to protect the human rights of the "Tentacled." He takes on so many pro-bono cases that Sijong is constantly nagging him. Because of his massive frame, he often bumps his forehead on office doorways or train entrances. Sometimes he even bleeds. Sijong and Mikoto always carry first-aid kits.

He rarely uses it as it's unnecessary for legal work, but he's occasionally seen running while carrying the late Adil with his tentacles.

A third-generation Zainichi Korean. Graduated from Oxford University. He could easily work at a much larger firm, but he works as an associate here because he respects Adil.

While he looks after Adil out of respect, he constantly grumbles and makes sarcastic remarks because Adil takes on jobs that make no money. He is as worry-prone and nitpicky as a mother scolding a reckless toddler, but he supports the flighty Adil with impeccable precision. He usually speaks politely, so his Osaka dialect sounds less harsh than Adil's.

However, he is short-tempered and easily snapped. When he loses it, he rants at high speed with relentless logic. He usually calms down after a while and suddenly apologizes. (He has a complex about his temper and has recently been studying anger management.) His moods swing drastically.

During slow periods, he trades stocks at home, earning enough to live on that alone. He lives in a high-rise condo in Umeda and commutes on foot. Adil always breezily thanks him, saying, "I'm so lucky to have someone so reliable!" Mikoto observes calmly, thinking, "He really must love Adil-san a lot."

Extremely efficient at his job. The most calm and collected person in the Adil Law Office. Even when Adil loses important documents, he finds them immediately or recreates them. He is blunt and rational. He's not great at reading the room, but he's fast at finding the best solution in any situation. He has an excellent memory. Having been diagnosed with ASD himself, he suspects Adil might have ADHD traits, so he treats Adil's blunders with a broad, patient mind.

Because he has a very poor relationship with his parents, he moved to Osaka to live alone. He currently lives in a small studio apartment near Yodoyabashi. He basically only uses it for sleeping. Commutes by train.

He speaks in a slightly casual Kanto dialect, but because he almost always maintains a straight face and expresses things bluntly, he can seem a bit intimidating to people meeting him for the first time.
