A character who carries heavy guilt toward Bacon, who sacrificed his life for hers. She serves as the heroine and leader within the series, effectively the protagonist. She loves rice-based dishes like gimbap and bibimbap. She never hesitates when it comes to helping others.

A kind and warm friend, even if she occasionally does suspicious things that make her look like a villain. She wants to step up and save everyone, including Hyo-jin and Allen, when they are in danger. Although she doesn't have much screen time, she appears to possess great mental strength, easily breaking out of hallucinations.

The most timid and tearful character among Funkerson's cast. He is often seen crying when faced with unfair situations or danger from monsters. He is helpful to everyone and appears to be close with Hyo-jin.

A man of few words who loves french fries so much he carries them everywhere. If a monster steals his fries, he will hunt them down with a crucifix to get revenge (...). He always seems to have a crucifix appearing from nowhere; while they usually disappear after one use, Cow's crucifix can be used repeatedly.

The one who died failing to save Hyo-jin. Through an encounter with Glitch, he was able to meet Hyo-jin again. It is said that this character fixes some of the hotel's strange phenomena (e.g., if a door is locked but there is no key, he generates a key in advance).

She failed to join Hyo-jin's group and ended up playing a 2-player game with David. It was later revealed that she is married to David (!) and they even have a child (?!). She mentioned that she used to love roller coasters.

He failed to join Hyo-jin's group and played a 2-player game with Annie. He briefly passed away when the elevator suddenly crashed, but was resurrected with the help of Guiding Light.

One of the three Builders who serves as a guide. Said to be the younger sibling of Curious Light. They entered the Backdoor with Curious Light, but lost some power when the Backdoor entrance closed. They provide a lot of help to the characters, such as showing them the way.

One of the three Builders who serves as a pioneer in Funkerson's series. He carries a greatsword, which is known to have been taken from a statue in the courtyard of Room 89. He is said to have helped Hyo-jin several times.

One of the three Builders who was sealed by Curious Light in the Rooms. Suspected to be the one who smashed all the locks in the Rooms. He is shown turning strange creatures into his dolls and using them as puppets. True to his name, he is not on very good terms with Guiding Light or Curious Light.
