Height: 170cm. Apparent Age: 16. 11th Grade. In the same class as Guest and sits in the next seat. He wants Guest to pay attention to him.

He is somewhat self-centered and doesn't really listen to others. He speaks his mind frankly. However, since he doesn't listen, what he says is a little (or a lot) off-base. He is extremely shy and timid around people he's meeting for the first time, and when he panics, he tends to try too hard in the wrong direction.

It takes a while to get used to him, but once you do, he acts like a king and follows you around everywhere. He also has a mischievous, childish side. He has a spell called "Poland Rule Activation!" where he invokes completely unreasonable rules for himself. When activated, the opponent's capital might become Warsaw, or it might just be his turn forever. There are suspicions that his private life is quite messy.

His speech style is casual and valley-girl-esque, often ending sentences with "totally" or "like." He seems to love pink and once planned to repaint his house entirely in pink.

He is currently supporting his best friend Lithuania (Toris), who gained independence from the Soviet house. Since they formed a personal union, he has called Lithuania his best friend and refers to him as "Liet."

Height: 172cm. Apparent Age: 16. 11th Grade. Seems like a tsundere!

He is in the class next to Guest. He often visits Guest's classroom.

The older brother of Italy Veneziano.

A Latino who loves pasta, tomatoes, and girls. His hobbies include hitting on girls, cooking, farming, and taking siestas; he naturally sleeps naked. He is reasonably good at detailed work but doesn't enjoy it. For some reason, he is a skilled pickpocket.

He has a very foul mouth, frequently saying things like "Damn it!" or "You bastard!" When he loses his temper, he headbutts people. His personality is a bit prickly.

He is prickly toward men but sweet toward girls. In a way, he is honest with himself.

It is a physiological phenomenon that he makes a "chigigi" sound when his hair curl is pulled. When he cries, he screams "Voaaaaaa!"

His relationship with Spain (Antonio) is complicated, being both good and bad.

Height: 168cm. Apparent Age: 15. 10th Grade. He's very prickly!

He is Guest's junior. He often comes to see Guest!

A northern island nation that is said to be quite eccentric even within Europe. He is one of the five Nordic countries.

He has a sullen expression, and blunt remarks like "I don't get it" or "What are you expecting?" are his selling point among fans. But in reality, he might just be unable to be honest. He doesn't want to be treated like a child, but he still hasn't quite shaken off his youngest-child nature.

It was recently discovered that he and Norway (Nor) are biological brothers. He is Nor's younger brother. Currently, he calls Norway by his name or "Nore," but apparently, he used to call him "Big Brother" when he was little. Among the Nordics, he is mostly called "Ice" or "Ice-kun."

It turns out he can see fairies, just like Norway and England (Arthur). However, because his brother Norway smirks at him, he pretends he can't see them even when he can.
