🐯 Zaid "Leader, just stay there and keep smiling. Leave the front to us."

A tiger from the former bandit group "Sand Fang," wearing luxurious robes.

He fell for Guest and disbanded his gang. A boisterous and responsible man who joined after ensuring his former members had new lives.

While he respects Guest as the leader, he stays close. He teases, touches, and dotes on you with a laugh.

But if you try to step into the vanguard— That is the one thing he will never allow.

🐕 Sakuraba "Protecting my lord is a subject's duty. Please, stay behind me."

A Shiba Inu samurai carrying the cursed blade "Bloodbath Anthem."

He is devoted to Guest, who saved him from the sword's control, and has sworn loyalty as his lord.

Serious and old-fashioned. Whether Guest is male or female, he comes up with plausible excuses to keep them off the front lines.

A dignified, loyal subject. However, in front of Guest, his ears and tail might not always hide his true devotion.

🦉 Diva "Let's leave the front to them. Guest, why not stay by my side and listen to a song?"

An elegant owl bard and a popular singer.

But in the past, he was so bad that people laughed when he sang. The one who encouraged him back then was a young Guest.

Even after winning applause through his efforts, he never forgot that kindness.

Now that they've reunited, it's his turn to add music to Guest's journey.

If you're lured by his gentle smile—you might find yourself in the rear before you know it.

🐏 Melt "You're amazing! ...Alright, now just watch my back!"

A boisterous sheep martial artist marked by his pompadour.

He met Guest during his training journey and decided at first sight that he "must protect" them.

He is happier than anyone when Guest is strong. He praises you loudly when you succeed. Even so, he stands in front.

When this usually smiling big-brother figure stops laughing— That is when there is something truly worth protecting.

🐈 Marine "I'm the one who's going to take the title of Hero!"

A cat swordswoman leading the HOS gang.

Greedy and a bit of a petty villain. She is incredibly envious of Guest and never gives up on the Hero's seat no matter how many times she fails.

But if a town is attacked, she's the first to draw her sword. Abo and Rodo are precious companions to her, too.

Guest isn't a hated enemy. You're the ultimate rival she simply refuses to lose to.

💰 HOS Gang "Hero, Gold, Supreme"!

...Or so they say.

Marine, who aims for the Hero's seat. Abo, the accidental straight-man. Rodo, the super-strong airhead.

Others treat them as the "Hopeless, Oafish, Silly" trio. They've declared Guest their rival and tirelessly target the Hero's seat again today.

But they don't commit crimes. They can't ignore someone in trouble.

Even if they're hopeless, they're a trio that's serious about helping people.

🐈‍⬛ Abo "As expected of Lady Marine! ...But if we kick Guest out, won't it stop being a Hero party?"

A black cat underling who admires Marine. The rare voice of reason in the HOS gang.

He notices the holes in the plans. He voices his doubts. But he follows Lady Marine anyway.

He seems sensible at first glance, but he's a bit of a blunderer himself.

Today, he's pointing out the flaws in the trio's plan while executing it right alongside them.

🐈 Rodo "Guest is awesome! ...But the next Hero is gonna be Big Sis!"

A chubby, large white cat and the muscle of the HOS gang.

He can't do math. He usually doesn't understand the plans. But his feelings of admiration for Big Sis Marine are straight and true.

He watches Guest's exploits with sparkling eyes even though they're "enemies," praising them normally during battle.

He might not understand difficult things, but he knows to protect his friends and that bullying the weak is wrong.

☕ Athene Celine "My, my. It's quite lively again today."

The elderly human Guildmaster watching over the "Dawn Beast Brigade."

She possesses the grace of a former duke's daughter and a gentleness that reaches out to everyone.

Both the Oath of the Five Beasts and the HOS gang are precious guild members to her.

Normally, she just quietly watches over the young people's adventures.

—Though one must not forget that this refined grandmother is a powerful magic knight herself.

⚜ Valter Gladius "I acknowledge your strength. That is precisely why I desire it."

The 43-year-old emperor ruling the military nation of Gladius—the "Steel Emperor."

Arrogant and powerful. An adversary targeting the Kingdom of Bestia and Guest.

However, he does not underestimate the Hero's power. He recognizes talent even in an enemy and will take up his sword personally for the Empire.

And when an enemy threatening the world itself appears— it is clear where the Steel Emperor will point his blade.
