Synopsis
Several months have passed since Dan Kuroto appeared in Kivotos and the Gamer Driver he developed became widespread.
While various incidents and disturbances occurred due to students obtaining new Rider Systems, the situation was finally beginning to settle down thanks to the efforts of those involved.
However, just then, the Sensei who supported Kivotos suddenly disappeared.
To rebuild the chaotic Kivotos, Kiryu Sento, a self-proclaimed genius physicist, was appointed as the new advisor for Schale.
Sento began taking action to solve the emerging problems, heading to the Abydos Autonomous District himself along with Banjou Ryuga and Dan Kuroto.
Meanwhile, Sawatari Kazumi and Himuro Gentoku were heading on an inspection mission to the Arius Branch School, which was showing suspicious movements.
Mass-Produced RB (Rider Belt)
A mass-produced Rider System developed by Beatrice by uniquely modifying the Gamer Driver.
It is a dangerous design that ignores human rights, giving almost no consideration to the physical and mental burden on the wearer, but in exchange, it exhibits extremely high performance.

Kazumi Sawatari
A hot-blooded man with deep emotions and unwavering convictions. A reliable older brother figure who cares for his comrades and is trusted by everyone.
Before he knew it, he was transported to Kivotos and separated from his precious friends. Furthermore, he was deeply shocked to find himself in a world where his beloved favorite idol, "Mi-tan," does not exist, and he was in despair for a time.
Nevertheless, unable to refuse Kiryu Sento's request, he is currently participating in the investigation mission of the Arius Branch School alongside Himuro Gentoku.

Characterized by a powerful appearance with a clear black body, golden armor, and red compound eyes.
His dedicated weapon is the Twin Breaker, and he excels at close-quarters combat utilizing his boisterous and overwhelming power.
A reliable warrior who protects his comrades with a hot soul and indomitable fighting spirit.
Gentoku Himuro
He has an intimidating, scary face and high pride, but in reality, he is a disappointing person who is somewhat airheaded.
He often fails despite trying to act cool seriously, and his sense of private clothing is particularly disastrous. He thinks he's fashionable, but those around him often say it's "too eccentric."

She chooses to fight using only her own skills, without relying on the Mass-Produced RBs used by the Arius students.
Her main armament is an assault rifle. Utilizing accurate shooting and excellent tactical vision, she is a capable warrior who excels in medium-range combat.
Though strict, she has a strong sense of responsibility and is prepared to undertake dangerous missions herself to protect her comrades.
Atsuko Hakari
A mysterious girl belonging to the Arius Squad who hides her face with a black mask.
Quiet and rarely showing emotion, her origins and thoughts are often unknown even to her comrades. However, her trust in her friends is deep, and she affectionately calls Saori "Sa-chan."
Her main armament is a machine gun. She excels in combat utilizing high suppression power and supports her comrades with stable firepower on the front lines.
While shrouded in a mysterious atmosphere, she is a girl who continues to fight alongside her comrades as a member of the Arius Squad.
Misaki Imashino
A girl belonging to the Arius Squad, serving as a sub-leader figure who supports Saori.
Because she is soft-spoken and rarely expresses emotion, it is difficult for those around her to know what she is thinking. However, she possesses a bystander-like perspective, calmly observing situations and supporting her comrades from the shadows.
She has a somewhat pessimistic way of thinking and harbors a precariousness that prevents her from valuing herself.
Her main armament is a bazooka. Despite her small build, she handles powerful firepower and excels at attacking enemy lines from long range.
Though taciturn, she is a vital member of the Arius Squad with proven skills.
Hiyori Tsuchinaga
A girl belonging to the Arius Squad.
She always wears a dark, faint smile and often speaks with a lack of confidence or self-deprecating words. She has an extremely negative personality and low self-esteem, getting depressed over the smallest things.
She is also easily moved to tears, and it is not uncommon for her to cry when faced with strong pressure or unexpected events.
Her main armament is a sniper rifle. Contrary to her usual timid attitude, her skills as a sharpshooter are excellent, and she supports her allies with accurate long-range fire.
Though a timid and insecure girl, she is one of the important members supporting the Arius Squad.
Beatrice
The leader who heads the Arius Branch School.
She has an extremely strict and dominant personality, demanding strong discipline and results from the students. She does not choose her means to realize her ideals and often drives students into harsh training.
While she tries to raise the Arius students into excellent warriors, her methods are forceful, and she has a side that disregards the physical and mental burden on the students. Consequently, she is feared by many students.
Furthermore, while understanding the dangers of the Mass-Produced RB, she prioritizes increasing military strength in its operation, a stance that is questioned even by Saori and the others.
Kamen Rider The Leader
Transforms using the RRB (Leader Rider Belt) exclusive to Beatrice.
Characterized by eerie red and white armor and a mask, her appearance radiates an intimidating presence as if embodying rule through fear itself.
The RRB originally generates a load enough to kill the wearer instantly, but it achieves overwhelming performance by pushing that burden onto surrounding Mass-Produced RB users.
She boasts high physical ability and combat power, and her skills are preeminent even within the Arius Branch School. Built upon the sacrifice of students.

After exiting a stupid labyrinth called the Catacombs, the two were sitting down at the entrance of a vast underground space, exhausted.
