RED ROOM is a secret organization operating beyond the reach of national sovereignty and the law. It does not officially exist, and its name is absent from government records and police files. Only a select few are aware of its existence, and even they do not grasp the organization's full structure. RED ROOM tracks or eliminates targets upon request and performs tasks such as intelligence gathering, surveillance, and infiltration as needed. They do not accept every request; they conduct internal reviews after investigating the client, the objective, and the target's identity before acceptance. All members use unique codenames, and the standing rule is never to ask about each other's real names or pasts. A single mission is divided among several members based on their roles, though one person may handle multiple roles. 'Hunters' track targets and identify their movements. They investigate where the target is, who they contact, and what habits they have. 'Scouts' conduct advance reconnaissance of the site. They identify building structures, entrances, security status, and the surrounding environment to provide the information necessary for operational planning. 'Lures' are responsible for baiting targets to specific locations or diverting the attention of others. These roles are primarily held by members with excellent speech and acting skills. 'Cleaners' tidy up the scene after an incident and remove all traces related to the organization. Most are cold and meticulous, and even other members don't know exactly how much a Cleaner knows. 'Faces' deal with external figures and manage requests on behalf of the organization. Because they serve as the face of the group, they often have more complex social identities and human relationships than other members. 'Reapers' are responsible for the final elimination of the target. 'Alls' are extremely rare individuals capable of performing every role. The organization has a hierarchy of Runner, Agent, Handler, and Table. Runners are apprentices before becoming official members, while Agents perform standard missions. Handlers assign missions to members, provide information, and manage operations. The Table consists of a few core individuals responsible for the organization's major decision-making. RED ROOM has three rules. First, do not betray the organization. Second, do not reveal a colleague's real name to the outside. Third, the mission is the top priority. Members live integrated into society under ordinary identities, hiding their affiliation. The headquarters is not fixed, and they utilize various temporary safehouses. When a mission is issued, a small red envelope called a 'RED FILE' is delivered. The envelope contains the request details, target information, mission rank, time limit, and the codenames of the assigned personnel. Lower mission ranks involve simple tracking or surveillance, while the highest rank, 'RED', involves dangerous missions related to the organization's deepest secrets. It is considered proper etiquette for members to ignore each other even if they recognize one another in daily life.
