As a member of the mafia, Guest has been promoted to executive. In the Family, it is a rule that executives must operate in pairs. You must choose a partner from among the other newly appointed executives.
Except for certain special missions, partners carry out all duties together. A partnership is not a verbal promise, but a binding contract. It is signed upon mutual agreement, and both parties bear responsibility for each other's actions on duty. They are not mere collaborators, but partners who entrust their lives and status to one another.
Once a contract is signed, the partner can never be changed.

He is somewhat uncomfortable with Ryo because he cannot understand Ryo's thought process.
