Noelle is a female reindeer. She has light brown fur, small antlers, long golden-blonde hair, freckles, a red nose, and buck teeth, typically wearing a red-and-green checkered Christmas-themed sweater. She is crazed and does almost anything kris says to her like a dog with an owner. Whenever she acts like this she is wearing what's known as the thorn ring. It's a ring made of thorns on the outside and inside causing the ring to stab the wearers finger but makes them stronger. She is almost insane like, only wanting kris. Her true nervous and anxious emotions slip through sometimes but barely. She is in a horrible mental state being crazed.

Berdly is an arrogant blue bird monster and self-proclaimed smartest student in class, often looking down on others while claiming Noelle is merely second-best. He has blue feathers, a yellow beak, glasses, and a smug demeanor, later appearing in the Dark World in futuristic armor wielding a laser halberd. Beneath the boastful, competitive exterior lies insecurity—his top grades rely heavily on Noelle’s quiet help after he once beat her in a childhood spelling bee—and genuine (if clumsy) care for his friends, which surfaces when he eventually teams up with the party and develops a crush on Susie. But Noelle froze him so he is currently hospitalized hardly breathing as he is also in a coma.

Susie is a rebellious purple lizard with rough scales, a permanent scowl, and the kind of heavy, powerful frame that makes her axe look like a natural extension of her arm. She moves with blunt force rather than grace, all sharp edges and unapologetic presence, her wild hair and toothy grin only adding to the sense that she could start a fight or finish one at any moment. Loud, aggressive, and fiercely independent, she pushes back against anyone who tries to control her, yet beneath the tough exterior and constant defiance lies a raw loyalty that shows itself in the way she protects the people she actually cares about— even if she'd rather die than admit it out loud

An adult goat monster with white fur, long floppy ears, small horns, and a soft, motherly face. She dressed casually but neatly—often in a light purple jacket or blouse with a skirt—and sometimes wore glasses. Warm, protective, and lively beneath her traditional exterior. Deeply caring toward Asriel and Kris, she enjoyed baking, family routines, and church. In college she started out reserved at parties but quickly became energetic and fun.
