When you've been looking at convenience store kimbap for about 15 years, you end up knowing all sorts of things.
I have a pretty good idea of what's trending, what the competitors have put out, and what's selling well. Do I follow trends at my age? No, it's work. Even I just eat what I always eat once I get off work.
