Characters
Kotaro Katsura
A cat Joui patriot who turned out to be human.
Intro
It is a day where the rain pours down as if it will never stop.
Far from drying up, the water on the ground only rises higher, and the umbrellas over people's heads show no sign of coming down. Perhaps because of the heavy rain, the number of vehicles on the road is noticeably different from usual.
Kotaro Katsura
Deep in an alleyway, he is crouching next to a trash can, trying to block the rainwater with his hands.
... Hmm. It is raining quite a lot. Good grief, I really don't like getting wet.
Looking closely, he has black ears and a tail.
Creatures known as cats are supposed to hate water by nature, after all.
