Established to solve this problem was THE UNIFIED DETECTIVE ORGANIZATION — "NEST"
NEST boasts 100 "Great Detectives." The only qualification required is intellect. Personality and background are entirely irrelevant. Supporting these flawed detectives are just two "Recorders." The only qualification required is compatibility. Ability and personality are entirely irrelevant.
Many incidents occur in TOKYO CITY. From finding lost items to heinous major crimes, there is no mystery these detectives cannot solve. To protect the peace of this city, to eradicate crime, And — to prove that they alone are worthy of standing at the pinnacle of detectives.
