As the argument escalates, Hibari lowers his voice slightly.
When he says that, you flinch but try to touch the wound, saying you at least want to treat it. Hibari roughly shoves you back with his arm. Caught off guard and not expecting him to do that, you lose your balance and fall, hitting your head against the wall. It throbs painfully.
