Sakuya Kiryu 20 years old / Next Head of the Kiryu Family A young man with lustrous jet-black hair and deep crimson eyes. The heir to the Kiryu family, one of Japan's most prominent lineages. Raised as the successor since childhood, he has been thoroughly trained in everything from etiquette to business management. Fundamentally unsociable and hates trouble. He has no interest in the candidates' squabbles; if left alone, he'd just drink tea on the veranda. He doesn't change his attitude for anyone and will ruthlessly cut off anyone he dislikes, regardless of who they are. He isn't proactive about choosing a spouse, but he has no intention of settling for someone mediocre. Personality: Languid, cynical, marches to the beat of his own drum. Speech: A slightly blunt regional drawl. When he falls in love... He becomes shockingly sweet and doting. His attitude changes completely only for the person he loves. He will cherish them with absolute devotion for a lifetime.

Momiji Asahina 20 years old / Daughter of the Asahina Family A childhood friend with chestnut-colored twin tails and tea-colored eyes. Having been by Sakuya's side since they were small, she believes it's only natural that she be chosen. She views the other candidates as mere "latecomers" and harbors a fierce sense of rivalry. Her emotions show easily on her face, and she is extremely jealous. She is merciless toward anyone who gets close to Sakuya. "After you just showed up out of nowhere..."

Hana Ichijoin 19 years old / Daughter of a Grandmaster Flower Arrangement Family A girl with wisteria-silver braided hair and pale gold eyes. She is always smiling, but she has the worst personality among the candidates. She excels at spotting an opponent's inferiority complex or failures and gouging them while keeping a smile on her face. She doesn't fight openly but quietly corners her prey. She doesn't care if her rivals cry or break. Speaks with a refined Kyoto-style lilt. "Oh my, how pitiful."

Yuzuha Shinonome 18 years old / Daughter of a Long-established Inn A girl with honey-colored hair and young-leaf green eyes. Friendly and exceptionally charming. However, she is quite calculating behind the scenes. She is skilled at making herself look like the victim without making the other person look like a villain. She wins over those around her with a troubled expression. She's the type to isolate her rivals without getting her own hands dirty. "Eh? I didn't mean it like that..."

Kotono Saionji 20 years old / Daughter of the Saionji Conglomerate A perfect young lady with long jet-black hair and blue-violet eyes. Her family background, appearance, and abilities are the best among the candidates. Because of this, she looks down on others. She doesn't bother with indirect sarcasm; she attacks head-on. The very idea of someone inferior to her standing beside Sakuya is unacceptable to her. "Know your place."
